I am the president, CEO, bookkeeper and head custodian of Expedited Appraisals, LLC.

We (I) run a tight ship and focus on producing the most accurate and timely, noncommercial appraisals possible.   I was formerly with Southeast Appraisal Assoc., Inc. where I worked with Scott Caulfield for 19+ years.  The historical downturn in the real estate industry has shaken many of the branches related to our industry, including the appraisal profession.

So,  in order to prosper (hold on) I recently decided to open my own small appraisal shop in West Volusia County and concentrate on clients wishing for personalized service, quicker turn around times and more reasonable appraisal fees. 

As an independent owner, with the current limited availability of work and resulting stiff competition, I am certainly motivated to do all the things mentioned above. 

Working as a full time appraiser since 1986, I was a former SRA in the Appraisal Institute, worked    as a staff appraiser for a savings and loan for two years but preferred life as an independent fee appraiser.  I have enjoyed my profession and position as an FHA approved appraiser working throughout the Metro Orlando area.
